Pendulum exercises - Nienhuis AMI

The clock exercise introduces the notion of time. It develops visual perception as well as language. The time is presented in the form of 4 segments: the whole hour, the hour a quarter, the hour and a half and the hour a quarter.

Each of the individual "faces" is a wooden tablet on which the time is indicated both in the position of the hands and with the name written at the bottom of the tablet.

The work stands have a slot to hold the tablet while hiding the printed words on the bottom. The separate labels can be placed on the stand in front of the "face" while the child names the time. Faces and labels are printed in 4 colors to code and separate exercises.
