Star exercise - Nienhuis AMI

The stars exercise allows children to understand the universe and become familiar with the starry sky. The stars exercise includes the most important stars and planets. This material is based on the Montessori concept of starting by showing the whole, in this case the universe.

The activity includes:
- a map showing the skies of the northern hemisphere and the southern hemisphere,
- a golden box
- a white box with yellow (northern hemisphere) and white (southern hemisphere) flags
- a sheet of labels for the flags with the Latin name on one side, the names of the constellations on the other
- 2 circles printed in plastic representing the constellations, used as control and instructions.
